Charles is the Chairperson of the Trust. He is the Managing Partner, Muma & Kanjama Advocates, Chairperson of Kenya Christian Professionals Forum and served as the first Chair of the LSK- Nairobi Branch.

Charles sits as an ex-officio member of the Jury in his capacity as the NLA Trust Chair.
